Cancellations and No Show appointments:
Cancellations not made via Simple Practice secure client portal, email, or telephone 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session will be billed a $35 late cancellation fee. This is to provide me ample time to schedule another client in your appointment slot. Failure to attend your scheduled appointment session without 24 hour notice will result in a $60 "No Show" fee. Either of these may also risk the ability to schedule future appointments.

Client Portal:
Active clients have access to the HIPAA-compliant portal, which is a hub for communication between us. Telehealth sessions are conducted through secure encryption and are also HIPAA-compliant. If you opt for telehealth, your session is secure and protected.
